Established in 2008, the Franklin County Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District provides public assistance to the Kibby Wind Power Project and created an economic development plan for Unorganized Townships (UTs) in Franklin County. As part of the economic development plan, a portion of the funds obtained from this district are put towards two funding programs: grants for projects in UTs and a revolving loan fund.

In support of our Veterans in Franklin County, we would like to connect Veterans, their families and friends, and other supporters with resources to support the importance of mental health. Make the Connection is a resource that provides hundreds of videos of Veterans sharing their inspiring stories of recovery. The site is free and accessible to everyone.

Thank you to everyone who has served and those who continue to serve!
